Outlook (Windows Desktop Client)
Outlook (Web Client)
- Right-click on the message you would like to save
- Click Save as
- Navigate to where you would like to save your email file
- Click Save
Outlook (macOS Desktop Client)
- Double-click the message to open it in a new window
- From the menu bar, click File -> Save As
- Navigate to where you would like to save your email file
- Click Save
