Overview
Respondus 4.0 (Quiz Authoring Tool) is a tool to help faculty convert an exam currently in a word document and publish it directly into Blackboard. (You do not need to use Respondus 4.0 in order to use Respondus Lockdown Browser or Respondus Monitor for your exam.)
Instructions
1. Log into https://elearning.villanova.edu
2. Click the Institution Page tab in the upper left hand corner of the screen on the blue navigation bar.
3. Once on the Institution Page tab, there is a Respondus Test Authoring and StudyMate module which contains the download and the license information for the product.
4. Click the link for the download.
5. Once the download is complete, go to its location and double click the file to begin the installation.
6. Please use all of the default settings for the installation.
7. Once installed and opened, for the profile please select Blackboard Learn.
