Update EC500 Settings

Users who have requested the ec500 feature will need to update their settings to continue to pair their cell phone with their Villanova Avaya phone. The two most important numbers are EC500 On: 610-519-6222 and EC500 Off: 610-519-6223

Avaya EC500 Phone Numbers have changed. To continue to pair your cell phone with your Avaya Villanova Phone using EC500, you will need to update your settings.

Requirements

Avaya One-X Mobile Lite App 

Instructions

1. Go to the Settings app on your mobile phone
2. Go to Apps then navigate to Avaya one-X
3. Go to EC500 Specific Settings on the bottom of the screen
4. Update phone numbers to the following:
   • (Simultaneous Ring) Enable 610-519-6222
   • (Simultaneous Ring) Disable 610-519-6223
   • Call Appearance Active 610-519-6220
   • Call Appearance Idle 610-519-6221
   • Send all calls Enable 610-519-6224
   • Send all calls Cancel 610-519-6225
