Overview
Enable the Zoom Phone Integration in the Windows Outlook client. This will allow you to easily place a Zoom Phone call straight from your emails when replying to a contact.
Requirements
- Outlook for Windows
- Zoom Workplace application for Windows
- Signed into the Zoom Workplace application via University SSO.
Instructions
- Open the Zoom Workplace app on your computer and go to Settings.
- In the General section, check the box for Integrate Zoom with Outlook. This will allow you to make a phone call with one click to anyone with a phone number attached to their contact.
- Windows might require you to enter your username and password because you are making a change to the system.
- Restart the Outlook application
