NOVASIS: Faculty My Classroom

Provides an alternative view of a faculty's class list with larger pictures to aid in classroom management and attendance.

Overview

Faculty can access larger photos of students in their class (where photos have been released by students) in order to aid in classroom management.

Requirements

Instructor access to NOVASIS class list, all instructors assigned to a course.   There is also a My Classrooms - Student view option.

Instructions

1. Go to myNova.
2. Search for 'my classroom'.
3. Click on resulting task card:

 

4. Select the course you wish to view from your current or future course drop-down.
5. View the registered students in your course.

The photos appearing on the my classrooms page have been authorized for display according to the Villanova University photo consent disclosure policy.  Photos are displayed on faculty class lists, grade sheets, Advising systems (Slate Student success), Student Profile, Campus Directory, and other campus systems.
