Blackboard: How to download your Blackboard Grades, Assignments, and Assessments (for Students)

1. Go to your Blackboard course.
2. Click on My Grades.  
3. You can either screenshot the grades as they appear on your screen (Screenshot tools - Windows (Snipping Tool), MacOS (Instructions)
4. Or, find the Print option in your web browser, and select Save as PDF.  Make sure all scores appear in the PDF; if needed, use the Layout options to adjust how the text appears.

1. Go to your Blackboard course.
2. Click on My Grades.  Click on the title of your graded assignment.
   
   
    
3. To download the file that you submitted as an assignment, find the Submission section on the right-hand side of the screen.  Click the down arrow next to the file name to download it.
   
   
    
4. To download graded feedback provided by your instructor, this will depend on how the instructor provided your feedback:

• If your instructor used the in-line grader to add comments to your assignment submission, click on the download button on the gray menu bar above your submission. This downloaded PDF will include any comments the instructor entered using the Blackboard inline grader.
  
  
   
• If your instructor added comments using Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and then uploaded that file back to the assignment, find the Feedback to Learner section on the right-hand side of the screen and click on the file to download it.

3. Find the Calculated Grade column, and click on the score.
   
   
    
4. Depending on your instructor's settings, you may see your answers, the correct answers, and comments.

1. Go to your Blackboard course.
2. Click on My Grades.  Click on the title of your Discussion Board.
   
   
    
3. Click Print Preview.  This will allow you to save your graded discussion board post as a PDF.

1. Log in to Blackboard.
2. Click on Tools on the left-hand blue navigation bar. Then, click Portfolios.
   
   
    
3. Find the ePortfolio that you want to download, click More, then click Download.
   
   
    
4. Once the download is ready, click Click to download Portfolio. The ePortfolio will download as a zip file.  Once you unzip the file, open the file named "index.html" to view your ePortfolio.  You will also find any files you uploaded to the ePortfolio.
