Zoom Phone: How to View or Change Your Voicemail PIN

Users can view and change their desk phone and voicemail PIN code from villanova.zoom.us

Instructions

1. Go to the Zoom web portal and sign in with your Zoom credentials.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Phone.
3. Select Settings.
4. Scroll down to the Desk Phone section.
5. Find PIN Code and click Show or Edit.
6. Click Save to update your PIN.
