Brightspace: Log in to Brightspace (Desktop & Mobile)

Learn how to access Brightspace on a desktop or mobile device using your Villanova login so you can get into your courses from the platform that works best for you.

This article explains how to log in to Brightspace from a desktop or mobile device.

Instructions

Desktop Instructions 

1. Goto MyNova and search for "Brightspace."  Or go to: https://brightspace.villanova.edu.
2. Click "Login to Brightspace."
3. Log in with your Villanova username and password.

Mobile Instructions

1. Download Brightspace Pulse App (Apple App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android). 
2. Open the App and search for "Villanova University." Or, on your mobile browser, go to: https://brightspace.villanova.edu.
   • There might be parts of your Brightspace course where it is best to use a web browser on your mobile device rather than the Pulse App.

Please note that while Brightspace is accessible from mobile devices (smartphones or tablets), instructors and students should not use a mobile device as their only technology option. A laptop or desktop with reliable and daily access to the Internet is required.
