When enabled, external callers to your direct number are prompted to press a button before the call is connected. Callers who do not respond to the prompt are disconnected.

Enable Call Screening

1. Sign in to the Zoom Web Portal with SSO - villanova.zoom.us.
2. In the top right corner, click on your initials or profile picture.
3. Select Profile.
4. In the left navigation menu, select Zoom Phone.
5. Select the Settings tab.
6. Scroll down to the Other section.
7. Locate Call Screening and turn the toggle on.
8. Configure the Call Screening Prompt, or leave it set to default.

Important Notes

• Under Call Screening rules, you can choose to exclude user and company contacts from call screening. 
• Call screening applies to incoming direct calls. 
• Enabling Call Screening prevents your Zoom Phone from receiving third-party faxes.
