Overview
Campus codes identify the location or instructional category associated with a course section. Selecting the correct code supports accurate scheduling, registration, reporting, and student course search results. Every course section must have the appropriate campus code before the schedule is submitted for review.

Why Campus Codes Matter
Campus codes help distinguish where and how a course is offered. They are also used in institutional reporting and in processes that identify potential student scheduling conflicts between campus locations. Students are advised to search by campus codes when building their schedule which is critical when students take courses on multiple campuses in one day.
