When an employee leaves the university, the supervisor will receive notifications indicating that the employee's Villanova University OneDrive content is accessible to the supervisor for transfer of content for business continuity. The supervisor will receive an email 30 days and 15 days prior to the former employee's account being deleted. The email message is similar to below providing time for the supervisor to transfer any files required for the department's operations:

Employee Name's OneDrive for Business is scheduled for permanent deletion in 7 days. You still have time to copy important documents to another location. After 7 days, Employee Name's OneDrive for Business will be permanently deleted. Go to Employee Name's OneDrive for Business at https://villanova-my.sharepoint.com/personal/user01_villanova_edu
