File Recovery
OneDrive file recovery is limited to Microsoft's native retention capabilities. Deleted or modified files are recoverable for a maximum of 93 days. After this period, files are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered by UTS or Microsoft.

Unsupported Features
The following features and services are not provided by UTS:
- Recovery of files deleted more than 93 days ago
- Recovery of data beyond Microsoft's retention limits
- Third-party backup, archiving, or recovery solutions
- Recovery of files deleted before OneDrive was enabled for an account
- Development of custom sync, automation, workflow, or integration solutions
- Support for personal or non-university OneDrive accounts
- Guaranteed recovery within a specific timeframe
- Recovery of permanently deleted files after Microsoft's retention period expires
