IAM: Add or Update your Alternate Email

Anyone with a Villanova email account is required to have an alternate email address on file, in the event you need to reset a forgotten password. The alternate address is where all account recovery instructions will be sent. Please regularly review your provided alternate email address to ensure it is up to date and accessible to you.

Instructions

Add New Alternate Email

Sign in to the MyNova portal.
Search for and select the option View and Update Personal Information.
In the Email section, select Add New in the upper right corner.
Select Permanent (home) Email Address under Email Type, then add your desired non-Villanova alternate email address. Click Add.

Update your Alternate Email

Sign in to the MyNova portal.
Search for and select the option View and Update Personal Information.
In the Email section, select the pencil icon under your Permanent (home) Email Address.
Change the Email Address as desired and click Update.
