Students use Suitable to discover campus events, log participation, earn digital badges, and build a co-curricular transcript that translates involvement into competencies relevant to career readiness.

Suitable provides real-time analytics on student engagement, identifying which programs drive participation, tracking learning outcomes tied to co-curricular activities, and surfacing students who may benefit from additional outreach or support.

Students: Track co-curricular involvement (events, organizations, service hours, career development), earn digital badges, build a co-curricular transcript, and explore pathways toward career readiness and personal development goals.

Student Affairs / Career Services Staff: Create and manage events, programs, and engagement pathways. Monitor participation data, track learning outcomes, identify disengaged students, and generate reports on co-curricular activity.

Faculty / Academic Departments: Link co-curricular experiences to course-based learning outcomes and view student engagement data relevant to experiential or service-learning requirements.

Students and staff access Suitable via the Suitable mobile app (iOS and Android) or the web portal at villanova.suitable.co. Log in using Villanova SSO credentials.
