Overview

This article provides instructions for installing the vPrint by Vasion client on Windows devices.

Instructions

  1. You can either install the Vasion client from https://software.villanova.edu or https://villanova.printercloud.com. Instructions for the software portal install can be found within that site.  If installing from the PrinterCloud.com site, enter your Villanova credentials (if required) click the Install button when prompted.

  1. Select the browser you’d like to install the extension for.

  1. Click the Get button.

  1. When prompted, click Add Extension.

  1. Return to the main Vasion webpage and refresh your browser. Click the Download button.

  1. Run the client setup file.

  1. If prompted, close running browsers and click OK.

  1. Click Finish when the installation is completed.

  1. Open your browser and go to https://villanova.printercloud.com. If prompted for a code, enter 4h1z4k4b

  1. Click the Student Printer folder, then select the vPrint printer object.

  1. Click Yes when prompted.

  1. Wait for the printer to finish installing.

  1. Click OK when finished.

  1. You can now choose vPrint by Vasion as your printer when sending jobs from your device. Jobs will be held in a secure release queue until released from any student print station on campus.
