Beginning in Fall 2026, the technology behind vPrint will be changing, but students will continue to have the same familiar printing experience on campus.
Description
The vPrint program is designed to ensure that students have adequate access to printing resources in order to accomplish academic work. vPrint includes the following functionality:
- Uploading documents from anywhere on campus, and even at home
- Printing from any vPrint station, regardless of where the document was uploaded
- Access to uploaded documents for 24 hours
vPrint is powered by Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic).
How to Print
For the best experience, install vPrint on your laptop. You can also print from any browser using vPrint Web Print at vprintmobile.villanova.edu.
Step 1: Install vPrint on your laptop
Install the vPrint software and printer on your laptop. Choose the instructions for your operating system:
Step 2: Submit your print job
Print from your application as you normally would and select the vPrint printer. Your job is held securely until you release it.
Step 3: Release your print job
Walk up to any vPrint printer and tap your Wildcard to release your job.

How long do I have to print my uploaded documents before they are erased from vPrint?
Uploaded documents will remain available on vPrint for 24 hours. However, once a document is printed, it will be erased from vPrint.

Cost
Students are allotted a $100 print balance at the beginning of every semester.
- Black and White prints: $0.06 (six cents) per page
- Color prints: $0.12 (twelve cents) per page
