Overview
WebPrint is a convenient way to upload documents to the Vasion Print service without requiring a client installation. Simply log in to the WebPrint portal with your Villanova credentials and upload up to 10 documents at a time. Supported file formats include:
- Images: BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, and TIF
- Microsoft Office: DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, XLS, and XLSX
- Microsoft Visio: VDX, VSD, and VSDX
- OpenOffice and LibreOffice: FODP, FODS, FODT, ODP, ODS, and ODT
- Documents: PDF
- Text: CSV, RTF, and TXT
Instructions
- To use WebPrint, sign into https://villanova.printercloud.com/webprint by clicking the "SIGN IN WITH VILLANOVA UNIVERSITY" single sign on button at the top of the page. Unless otherwise instructed, do not sign in as guest as this may cause delays to releasing print jobs.
- Upload the document(s) you want to print and click Next.
- Change any print settings for each individual document, then choose Print.
- Once the documents are sent to the WebPrint service, you will receive a notification they are ready to release.
- To release, walk up to any student print device on campus and tap your Wildcard to access the Vasion Print service.
