Overview
This article demonstrates the student device print experience.
Instructions
- When you walk up to a student print device on campus, you will be greeted with a screen similar to below. Simply tap your Wildcard on the badge reader to start.
- Note: If you see a screen similar to either of the below, first tap the PrinterLogic app and then scan your badge.
- After scanning your badge, confirm you are signed in and tap the PrinterLogic app on the device’s control panel.
- You will be sent to the Vasion Print release screen where you can print one or many of the jobs in your queue.
- Highlight the job(s) you want to release and click the Print icon in the bottom right corner.
- The job(s) will process and print to the device.
- To enter one of the other functions of the device, press the Home button on the device’s control panel.
- To start a Scan to Email, press the Scan icon. Place your document in the device’s ADF or on the platen and touch Send.
- To start a Copy, press the Copy icon. Change any relevant settings and touch the Start icon.
