Overview
If you're having trouble viewing Zoom recordings, especially those shared with you, please make sure that you are logged into your Villanova Zoom account. All Villanova faculty, staff, and students have access to a Villanova Zoom licensed account. Please follow these steps to log in to your Villanova University Zoom account and then try accessing the Zoom recording again.

Accessing Your Zoom Recording (Owner Instructions)
Logging in via Zoom Website
- Go to: https://villanova.zoom.us/
- Click Sign In.
- Log in with your Villanova credentials.
- Click Recordings and Transcripts on the left
- From this page, you can share, download, edit, and more.

Troubleshooting:
If you can’t locate your Villanova University recordings:
- Log out and log back in to confirm you are accessing your Villanova University Zoom account.
For more help, submit a ticket.
Accessing Your Zoom Recording (Viewers' Instructions)
Logging in via Zoom Website
- Go to https://villanova.zoom.us/.
- Click on "Sign In."
- Log in with your Villanova credentials.
- Check your profile to ensure it says "Licensed" and that your Villanova University email is present.
- If you don't see "Licensed" under your profile or your Villanova email, log out and log back in.
- Once confirmed, try accessing the Zoom recording again.
