University Technology Services is excited to introduce the new Group Manager tool, as well as announce improvements to the Directory Services search experience.
Group Manager
Group Manager is a brand new, self-service tool that allows employees to seamlessly manage email distribution lists for group communication as well as access groups for Villanova applications and services. The tool includes exciting new features such as managing broadcasters, adding members to a group via CSV upload, and viewing sync status for changes.
Group Manager replaces the previous process requiring you to submit a support ticket for distribution list creation. It also transitions the management of access group out of Directory Services and into the Group Manager tool, simplifying your experience.

Directory Services
Directory Services has an updated look and improved user experience, making it even easier to search for and find basic contact information for faculty, staff and students. View names, titles and email addresses for all constituents, as well as office phone numbers and work addresses, if available, for employees.
