Some services in Novasis, such as Class Registration, are permitted only in certain countries and will require that you to login using Citrix vDesktop prior to accessing the service. Citrix vDesktop is Technology Services' virtual desktop technology that provides access to a high performing virtual machine through a variety of devices. vDesktop allows users to access OS and various software applications virtually via any computer with an internet connection.
To complete the New Student Checklist when located in a country other than the United States, please follow the steps below:
1. Login to vDesktop
2. Click on “Apps” on the top panel, then select either the “Google Chrome” or “Microsoft Edge” browser and click the app icon to launch the resource. A browser window will then pop up shortly after a loading screen.
3. Go to MyNova in your browser and sign in at the top right
4. Search for the "New Student Checklist" in the MyNova search box
5. Open the New Student Checklist to complete the required tasks
