Overview
Titanium Schedule is an application used by the University Counseling Center. This guide will show you how to launch the application directly from your Windows PC.
Requirements
Titanium Schedule requires a Windows-based operating system to run. It will not run on macOS or Linux. Your Villanova account must also be a member of a security group to run correctly. If you are not already in this group, please have a member of the Counseling staff submit a request for you to be added. Titanium Schedule also requires the use of Villanova's VPN application—Global Protect, which you can learn more about here.
Instructions
- Titanium Schedule requires connecting to the VPN in order to work. Locate Global Protect client in your system tray (the grey globe).

- If not already entered, add vpn.villanova.edu as the portal address and click Connect.

- Sign in with your Villanova credentials when prompted.

- A small pop up will appear that states your device is permitted to use select Villanova resources. You may close this window.

- Open Windows File Explorer and browse to \\vuadapps\TitaniumSchedule.

- Scroll down to locate the file named Ti10.exe. Right click the file and click "Show more options".

- Select the "Send to" item, then choose "Desktop (create shortcut)".

- A new desktop shortcut will be created. You may rename the shortcut if needed.

- Double click the shortcut file to launch Titanium Schedule. The first launch of the application will take longer as it copies some necessary files from the network share to your device. When prompted, enter your Titanium login information.
