Banner: Advisor Assignment

Overview

All University systems reference the Banner ERP Advisor Assignments in SGAADVR -  Multiple Advisors Form.   Authorized administrative department and college staff assign advisors to student records by using this banner form. 

Requirements

Must have update access to SGAADVR in banner.   To request this access please submit a UTS ticket request.    Registrar's Office can provide additional training.

Instructions

Valid Advisor Types
Add Advisor(s) to a Student's Record
Change the Existing Advisor(s) on a Student's Record
System References to Primary Advisor Information
