The Report Junk button makes it easy for you to report any spam emails sent to your inbox. Visit the Spam Email or Phishing Attack article to learn more about the differences between Spam and Phish emails.
Use your preferred method below to Report Junk.
Windows Outlook App
Click on Report Message, then click on Junk.
macOS Outlook
Click on the More Options icon ... select Report Message, then click on Junk.
Windows/macOS Outlook Web
When reading a message in a separate window, click on Report or the shield icon, then click on Report junk. When reviewing a message in the Inbox, click on the Report icon, then click on Report junk.
iOS Outlook App
Click on the three dots, select Report Junk, then click on Junk.
Android Outlook App
Click on the three dots, select Report junk, then click on Junk.
