Report Button Changes in Outlook
The Report Message Add-in is no longer supported and is being replaced with the new Report button in Outlook. If you previously used the old prompt (refer to the example in the screenshot below), please follow the instructions below for using the new Report button to report messages as Phishing, Junk, or Not Junk.
The Report Junk/Spam button makes it easy for you to report any spam emails sent to your inbox. Visit our Knowledge Base article to learn more about the differences between Junk/Spam and Phishing emails.

Report Junk/Spam
Use your preferred method below to Report Junk/Spam.
Classic Outlook for Windows
Click Report Junk under the Report section in the ribbon

Click Report Junk under the Report section in the ribbon

Outlook for Mac
Select the email to report, click on Report, then Report Junk.
Outlook on the Web
When reading a message in a separate window, click on Report or the shield icon, then click on Report junk.
When reviewing a message in the Inbox, click on the Report icon, then click on Report junk.

Open the email, click on the three dots at the top of the screen, select Report Junk, then click on Report Junk.
Outlook for Android
Click on the three dots, select Report junk, then click on Junk.
