Records: Enrollment Verification Process

Overview

Current and Former Students can request an enrollment verification to be sent to themselves or 3rd parties.   Enrollment Verifications are processed by National Student Clearinghouse on behalf of Villanova and in-house.

Requirements

Active Current Students can access the Clearinghouse Request process directly from myNOVA.    Former students submit a Villanova form for Enrollment Verification Request.

Click on the "Online Requests" block which will lead you through these steps.

Current students
Former students/Alumni 

Under the "Online Requests" section towards the bottom click on the link that states "submit an enrollment verification request".

This link will take you to our online form; When completing the form, you will need to have the following information ready:

  • Students Legal First & Last name
  • Date of Birth
  • Villanova ID #
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Current Address
  • Date of First Semester enrolled (MM/DD/YYYY)
  • Date of Last Semester enrolled (MM/DD/YYYY)
  • Credits Earned
  • Select if you would like verify degree(s) earned
  • Information of who you would like to the verification to be sent to - Name and Mailing Address, Email Address or Fax number

If your request requires us to complete a form, please email the form to registrar@villanova.edu along with sending instructions to recipient.

  1. Address information should be double-checked to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to submitting the request. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if the address provided to us is either incomplete or incorrect.
  2. Enrollment and degree Verification requests are normally processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
  3. All outgoing mail is safely sealed to ensure confidentiality of the contents.

  4. Standard delivery of verifications is by First Class US Postal Service mail; please note that the Office of the Registrar cannot accept responsibility for delivery by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
