Depending on how a Cognos report is executed, the audit logs may capture it either as a saved report execution or as an adhoc report (where no saved report name is recorded) execution.
If a report is ever executed as a saved report, we classify it as an “Executed Report.”
If a report is never executed or only executed as an adhoc report, we classify it as a “Not Used Report.”
