Mediasite: Sharing classroom lecture recordings with your students

I want my recordings to be automatically viewable after each class:

I want to keep my recordings to private after each class:

As long as you did not request your recordings unlock automatically during opt-in, you do not need to take any action. Mediasite recordings are private by default and can only be viewed by you unless you choose to make them public. If you plan to share your recordings eventually, please choose a sharing method below.

I only want to share specific recordings:

Sometimes, an instructor may wish to share specific recordings only with the entire class or select students. In such cases, we recommend copying the link to the specific lecture recording and posting it on the course page under that week’s module or emailing it to the relevant student(s).

I want to share all of my recordings:

If you want to share the full semester of recordings with your students, please post the link to your Mediasite channel prominently on your course page. This allows students to easily access content via a single link without you having to manually unlock recordings after each class.

Your Mediasite channel link is displayed in your Classroom Lecture Capture (CLC) opt-in confirmation email (see image below).
