- In the search bar of myNOVA, type in “Registration”
- Select the Registration Tools task tile
- Select Plan Ahead
- From the drop down menu, select the upcoming term (the semester in which you will take the registered courses)
You will see a list of all Plans that have been created for this term. On the right side of the top of the plan, click on “Edit”.

To remove a course
In the Summary Panel (bottom right), go to the course that you wish to remove from the Plan. From the drop-down menu, select "Delete". Then click "Save Plan".

To add a course
Enter the identifying information in the "Find Classes" Panel (top), Click "View Sections" and locate the desired section to add. Click the "Add" button. You will see the course appear in the Summary Panel (bottom right) and the Status will appear as "Pending". Click "Save Plan" and the Status will change from "Pending" to "Planned".
