Telephone (Desk/Office)

UNIT Telecommunications supports all voice services throughout the university including desk phones, mobile phones, faxing, voice mail, and call flow.

To request support or report a problem with desktop phone service, please have your extension ready and select the appropriate category.

 

Call Forwarding

For on-campus with physical access to desk phone:

To temporarily redirect all calls to an extension or outside number:

  • Press * 0 2
  • Dial extension or number where calls will be sent
  • Hang up.

To cancel call forwarding:

  • Press # 0 2

Send all calls:

To send all calls immediately to coverage:

  • Press * 2 2

To cancel send all calls:

  • Press # 2 2

For OFF campus/remote users:

  1. To request call-off campus forwarding, complete this request form.
  2. Once the form is received, you will be contacted with instructions.
