Description 

University-Issued Mobile Devices provide eligible faculty and staff with a Villanova-managed devices to support job-related communication, productivity, and on-call responsibilities. Devices are configured, secured, and supported by University Technology Services (UTS) to ensure reliable access to university systems while meeting institutional security and compliance requirements.

    • Assistance with University email, Teams, Zoom, VPN, and other supported services

    • Device refresh, replacement, and repair coordination
    • Offboarding support, including device return or number porting (if applicable)
  • Carrier and number management
    • University-managed cellular plans
