Information Security handles many different aspects of technology when there may be a security related matter to the request. These requests consist of but are not limited to significant malware infections, ransomware, phishing, technology based scams, account compromises, account misuse, unauthorized access, impersonation, etc. Any security emergency requiring immediate attention such as ransomware should be reported immediately by phone call to the Service Desk at 610-519-7777 rather than by email or internet ticket submission.
