This prominent visual communications network is an easy and effective way to reach our on-campus community. In addition, campus-wide digital signage comes with a robust and responsive support system and a dynamic network of individuals and departments across the University who seek to communicate with and reach the on-campus community.

Get your message on Villanova's digital signs!
Members of the University community who wish to showcase and boost awareness of campus events or initiatives are encouraged to submit content using the “Submit Content to University Signage” button and complete the form.
Guidelines for Posting:
- We can ingest almost any format, but JPEGs work best
- The 16x9 or standard landscape format works best (1920x1080)
- Be mindful of any spelling and grammatical errors
- For optimal impact and reach, please provide content at least 7 days prior to the event
Be aware that this will be displayed for about 15 seconds: More images and less text will help to create visually appealing and more eye-catching content

Want to learn more about getting a sign in your location? The first step will be a conversation where we learn what the communication needs are for your department, and how we can help you to meet your goals by implementing digital signage. We will then visit the location where you would like to display your information. After this, we will work as a team to provide the solution that fits your location and needs. Once you have a sign in place, there is no additional software that you need to have. The process is as easy as “drag and drop”. To get the process started please click on the “Digital Signage Support Request” button and select the “Request New Digital Signage Installation” option.

This service is available to all Faculty, Staff. Publication of content is also available to Student Groups.
