Softdocs is the University's  Enterprise Content Management System.  Softdocs is comprised of multiple solutions:

Etrieve Content -  A document management solution that allows users to store, organize, and instantly access documents in a single content repository.  Retention rules are assigned to documents organized by type, so legally required purge of documents can be achieved according to guidelines established by General Counsel.

Etrieve Forms -  Electronic forms ehich include "Electronic signatures" which are compliant with the ESIGN Act and the UETA.  E-form management eliminates the need for paper at its source, decreasing processing time and more. Allow students/faculty/staff to complete forms online, and easily route them through a pre-determined, automated workflow via Etrieve Flow.

Etrieve Flow -  Allows the automatic push of completed electronic forms through a predetermined workflow to a reviewer.  Approved e-forms are filed directly to the correct student, vendor, faculty or staff folder in Etrieve Content along with detailed workflow history.
