Description
TeamDynamix (TDX) enables teams to track their project and service work on a single platform. While designed originally to support IT service and project management, TDX can be utilized by any administrative or business unit looking to track, streamline and automate their work. There are several components to TDX including: a support staff interface for staff to manage their work, and a client portal for customers to request services and view knowledge base articles (such as UNIT's Service and Support Portal).
