Zoom: How to Create and Sign-In to your Villanova Zoom Account

Zoom is a cloud-based communication platform that enables you to connect, collaborate, and communicate effectively.

This article will explain how to create your Villanova Zoom Account and how to sign-in to the Zoom app with your Villanova account

Creating your Villanova Zoom Account

Sign-in to the Zoom App with your Villanova Account

If you do not have the Zoom App installed on your computer or mobile device, please download it from the Zoom Download Center.
To sign into the Zoom app on your computer or mobile device, open your Zoom app on your computer/mobile device.

If you are using a computer:
- Click on the "SSO" button.
- In the "Sign in with SSO" box, enter "villanova". Then, click "Continue".
- You will be taken to your web browser. Please follow the steps listed on the screen - typically you are asked to enter your Villanova userID and password and then asked to click a button called "Open Zoom Meetings". Once you complete these steps, your will be signed into the Zoom app with your Villanova account.
If you are using a mobile device:
- Tap "Sign in".
- Then, tap "Continue with SSO".
- You will be taken to your web browser. Please follow the steps listed on the screen - typically you are asked to enter your Villanova userID and password. Once you complete these steps, your will be signed into the Zoom app with your Villanova account.
Important
- If you are using a non-Villanova Zoom account (e.g. a Personal or a Work Zoom account) on your computer or mobile device, then you might need to sign-out of Zoom first (Instructions) and then follow the steps listed above.
