Description
Technology Services' TechZone locations are staffed with over 25 student consultants who work cooperatively with full time professional staff for all Hardware, Software, and Technical problems students may have with their personal laptop and other on-campus computing experiences.
The TechZones offer a variety IT service offerings including:
- iMac and Windows vDesktop solutions
- Mobile Device Charging station
- Virtual Reality Technology*
- 3-D Printing Capabilities*
- Limited on-site software repairs
- On-Site Hardware and Software assessment
- Consultants will provide recommendation for the student however, no hardware repair can be offered by Technology Services' TechZone. We recommended one of the following service options: Apple Store (Ardmore) or Micro Center (Radnor).
- Virus and Malware remediation
- Technology Services' TechZone consultants will perform standardized protocols for these scenarios. Please note that this service is best effort.
- Technology Services' TechZone is not responsible for any OS reinstalls, however, assistance can be given at the TechZone.

TechZone Falvey
TechZone Falvey is closed for the summer and will reopen on Monday, August 18th.
