Technology Services' TechZone locations are staffed with over 25 student consultants who work collaboratively with full time professional staff for all hardware, software, and technical problems students, faculty and staff may have with their technology and other on-campus computing experiences.
The TechZones offer a variety IT service offerings including:
- iMac and Windows vDesktop solutions
- Mobile Device Charging station
- Virtual Reality Technology*
- 3-D Printing Capabilities*
- Limited on-site software repairs
- On-Site Hardware and Software assessment
- Consultants will provide recommendation to students regarding their personal devices, however no hardware repair on personal devices is not offered by Technology Services. We will recommended one of the following service options: Apple Store (Ardmore) or Micro Center (Radnor).
- Note: Technology Services does not perform operating system re-installations on personal devices.
- Virus and Malware remediation
- Technology Services' TechZone consultants will perform standardized protocols for these scenarios. Please note that this service is best effort on personal devices.
