Overview
Emma allows account owners to assign permission levels based on a user's role in creating and reviewing email campaigns. The commonly used roles described here are Full, Editor, Author, and Response Only. Each role determines which areas of Emma a user can access and whether they can create, send, or view campaigns and reports.
Requirements
Users need an assigned Emma permission level to access the features described below.

Use the table to help determine the appropriate level of access. The example users are illustrative; base access on the tasks a person needs to perform. Additional permissions may be available. Submit a ticket to discuss access needs beyond what is listed here.
