Brightspace: eReserves & Affordable Materials Project (AMP) Links from Blackboard

Overview

eReserves and Affordable Materials Project (AMP) links posted in your Blackboard courses might not work in the courses copied into Brightspace.  

If the eReserves/AMP links do not work in your Brightspace course, this article help to fix these links.

Re-Link eReserves/Affordable Material Project (AMP) link in Brightspace

Note: If you click on the eReserves/AMP links in Brightspace and receive a "This site is asking you to sign-in", please contact UTS via email for assistance to re-link this material.

 

  1. If you click on a eReserve/AMP link in your Brightspace course, and it downloads a file to your computer, find the file on your computer.




     
  2. Right click on the file, select "Open With", and select "Notepad (on Windows)".  Mac User - please contact UTS via email for assistance to re-link this material.




  3. Find the weblink that starts with the "ezproxy" and copy the weblink from "ezproxy" to the end of the quote":


     
  4. Paste the weblink in your Brightspace course (Instructions)
