Overview

Use the Vasion Print Job Release Portal to view print jobs you have submitted through Villanova University's secure printing system. From the portal, you can review pending print jobs, or delete jobs that are no longer needed.

Requirements

  • An active Villanova University account.
  • A print job submitted to the Vasion Print secure print queue within the last 24 hours.

Instructions

  1. Open the Vasion Print Job Release Portal:
    https://villanova.printercloud.com/release
  2. Sign in using your Villanova University credentials if prompted.
  3. Review the list of available print jobs displayed on the page.
    • If no jobs are listed, you will see a message indicating that no print jobs are available for release.
    • Only print jobs submitted within the last 24 hours will be available.
