Overview
TeamDynamix (TDX) version 12.3 was released on October 10, 2026. This article highlights three changes you will notice right away. No action is needed on your part to start using them.
TDNext Renamed to TDWorkManagement (Work Management)
Throughout TDX, pages and links that referred to the technician interface as “TDNext” now call it TDWorkManagement. Only the name has changed. Page URLs that contain /TDNext/ still work, so your existing bookmarks and links are not affected.
Respond By SLA Update
UTS has enabled a new option for Respond By service level agreements (SLAs). A ticket now meets its Respond By SLA as soon as the first email is sent to the requestor from the ticket. Previously, the SLA was only met when the ticket status changed.
To meet the Respond By SLA, reach out to the requestor from the ticket. You no longer need to change the ticket status for your response to count.
Related Tickets Tab
Every ticket now has a Related Tickets tab on the ticket detail page. Use it to link tickets that are connected to each other without making one the parent of another.
- A relationship shows up the same way on both tickets.
- You can relate tickets of any type, regardless of how they are classified.
- Related tickets can be included in reports using the new Related Ticket Count and Related Tickets columns.
New Report Editor
The report builder has been redesigned to make reports easier to create and edit.
- Report Builder Agent:
- Describe what you want a report to show in plain language, and the agent updates the report as you go.
- Ask questions about your report data.
- Use the built-in “ask” buttons to have the agent summarize a report or explain what it can do.
- The agent tracks which changes you made and which it made, so you can easily review your report.
- Collapsible sections: Each section starts collapsed, so you only open the parts you need. Badges on each section heading summarize what is configured inside.
- Reorder filters: You can rearrange filters without breaking any advanced filtering expression you have set up.
- Undo and redo: The editor tracks your changes, shows which sections you have edited, and lets you undo or redo changes during your editing session.
- Inline preview: See what your report will look like while you build it.
- Grouped fields: Settings for report results and charting are now grouped together.
