Overview
This document will walk you through downloading VESTA.
Requirements
Access to the software portal: egrportal.villanova.edu, and internet access.
Note: This application is NOT compatible with MAC/IOS products.
Instructions
- Open egr portal: egrportal.villanova.edu
- In the software downloads link click the scroll menu and pull up: VESTA.
- Click download. The file will download at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on the file download.
- This will open a file page: click on VESTA-win64
- A new file page will open after clicking VESTA-win 64. Now click the application VESTA.
- The page will open a new prompt: click extract all. Follow prompts for extracting.
- Following extraction the file page will show VESTA-win64.
- Run this program. It will open to a new file page: scroll to find the VESTA application file. Click it.
- Vesta will open and look like the page below and has been successfully installed.
