Privacy

• To learn about the Poll Everywhere Privacy Policy for the Attendance Management feature, please review the Poll Everywhere' s Privacy Information article.
• Reminders:
  • If you are adding locations while you are off-campus (e.g. at home, traveling, at work, etc…), please make sure to set the location of a physical Villanova campus location/building.  Please do not set the location of your home, travel location, off-campus office, etc…
  • Since the Attendance Management Geolocation feature relies on location services being enabled on a student's web browser and device, the accuracy may be impacted by non-standard configurations on the student's web browser or device.
  • According to Poll Everywhere's Privacy Information article, student location data is not stored by Poll Everywhere and instructors are not able to see student location data, other than to view a "checked-in" or "not checked-in" status.
