Known Issue as of 10/19/2025:
Intermittent Access Issue: Unofficial Transcript and Prospect Graduate Form
Some students are experiencing problems opening their Unofficial Academic Transcript or Prospective Graduate Form through myNOVA.
Issue:
An issue has been reported by users of Google Chrome browser, the page may open to a blank screen displaying only the Student SSB header.
Workaround:
Please try a different browser such as Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Firefox. Access typically works without issue in these browsers.
If the issue persists after trying another browser, please email support@villanova.edu including the following details:
- A full-screen screenshot showing the URL and any error message
- The type of device you are using (mobile, tablet, PC, Mac, etc.)
- The browser name and version
- The date and time you attempted to access the page

This issue has been reported to the vendor for analysis and resolution. Until a permanent fix is provided, please use an alternate browser listed above.
Overview
Students may view and download an unofficial transcript from myNova.
Requirements
Must be an Active Student with myNova access.
Instructions
Go to mynova.villanova.edu.
Search for Unofficial Transcript and from the results, click on the following task card:
You will be prompted to log in to NOVASIS with your Villanova account log in and password.
On the resulting NOVASIS page, please select your Transcript Level (i.e., Undergraduate, Graduate, Law, Professional Education, etc.) or All Levels to view your entire transcript. Select Unofficial Transcript as your Transcript Type.

Your unofficial transcript will appear for review. You may also print the unofficial transcript from the print icon for your personal use.

Most educational institutions, employers and other outside agencies will require an official transcript to be transmitted to them by Villanova University's Registrar Offices.
