What to bring to your migration appointment
- Your Wildcard to access the TechZone.
- Your current AT&T mobile device.
- Your iCloud username and password.
- Your Villanova Account username and password.
- A device that is registered for Villanova Duo multi-factor authentication. This could be your current Villanova AT&T mobile device.
What to expect at your migration appointment
- Your phone number will remain the same. Technology Services and Verizon will port your number.
- Technology Services and Verizon will assist you with your migration. Expect up to 30 minutes of downtime.
