Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a way to confirm your identity when you log in by using two steps:
- Something You Know: Your username and password.
- Something You Have: A device like your mobile phone to verify it's really you.
Villanova uses Duo for multi-faction authentication to protect your account and University systems like Banner, Blackboard, Microsoft 365 and Zoom.
How to Enroll in Duo
The Duo enrollment process is self-service and takes less than three minutes to complete.
Go to MyNova to initiate the Duo prompt in order to enroll your devices. Please ensure you are on the Villanova network.
