  • The Copilot app in the Mac App Store is designed for personal accounts only and does not support Villanova work accounts.
  • To use Copilot with your Villanova (@villanova.edu) account, you must install the Microsoft 365 Copilot desktop app directly from Microsoft.

Instructions

  1. Open your web browser and go to: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/copilot-app
  2. Select Download for Mac.
  3. When the download completes, run the pkg installer, and follow the prompts to install.
