Etrieve Content Redesign – New Search Experience Now Available
Softdocs is continuing its modernization of the Etrieve Content end‑user experience, beginning with a redesigned Search and Upload workflow and extending soon to the viewer, toolbar, and index panel. This update introduces a cleaner, more intuitive interface that will ultimately replace the legacy Content experience.

Upcoming Rollout
Beginning Tuesday, March 10, the “Try New Content” button will be enabled for all IAM‑migrated clients. This gives users the option to explore the new Search experience while continuing to view documents in the legacy interface. Once the new viewer becomes available, Softdocs will begin transitioning organizations to the full new Content experience. Additional rollout details and timing will be shared as that phase approaches.
