How to Access and Use
To request a new Windows or Linux Server, create a ticket by clicking the "Submit Server Request" button on this page.
Please include the following:
- Specify which networks are required (if known).
- Specify if Production. If not then specify is it DEV, TEST, or Other?
- Specify a desired Host name.
- Who Manager/Sponsor giving Approval?
To report an access issue, create a ticket by clicking "Report Server Issue" button on this page.
Please include:
- What is the Hostname?
- What is the problem?
- Approximately when did problem start?
- Any corrective action already attempted.
