How to Access and Use

To request a new Windows or Linux Server, create a ticket by clicking the "Submit Server Request" button on this page.

Please include the following:

  1. Specify which networks are required (if known).
  2. Specify if Production. If not then specify is it DEV, TEST, or Other?
  3. Specify a desired Host name.
  4. Who Manager/Sponsor giving Approval?

To report an access issue, create a ticket by clicking "Report Server Issue" button on this page.

Please include:

  1. What is the Hostname?
  2. What is the problem?
  3. Approximately when did problem start?
  4. Any corrective action already attempted.
