Technology Services Solutions Consultants partner with faculty and staff to assess needs, explore options, and design technology solutions that support academic, administrative, and operational goals. Through a consultation, our Solutions Consultants help clarify requirements, recommend tools or approaches, and identify next steps—whether that results in a project, a service request, or general guidance.
This service is ideal for early-stage planning, new initiatives, complex technology needs, or when you’re unsure which IT service is the right fit.

Audience
All faculty and staff may submit requests for IT Solutions Consulting. At this time, UTS has dedicated Solutions Consultants embedded within:
- Athletics
- Charles Widger School of Law
- College of Engineering
Requests from other departments will be reviewed and supported based on availability and may result in guidance, referral to an existing service, or a project intake.
