Brightspace: Move Content within Brightspace

Overview

This article describes how to move course content within your course. 

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Content area of your course.

2. Locate the item you'd like to move.

Note- Moving a unit will move all of the content within it. To move items within a unit, use the drop down arrow to the left of the unit title.

Moving Course Content using Drag & Drop 
  1. Click, drag, and drop items to reorder them as desired.

Moving Course Content using Double-click

1. Place your mouse on the content item you intend to move.

2. Locate the squares on the left of the item and double-click to display arrows.

3. Click arrows to move content.

Note: If you are moving content between courses, follow instructions on how to copy content.
